Gym Cardio- Week 3 day one

Today I did the elliptical..

I got three miles in 30 minutes with the resistance on three.

 

I have found different types of Elliptical workouts that I found on pinterest.. Tomorrow I will try out one of them.

 

I like the elliptical because I feel like its more effective then running on a treadmill… I keep my speed above 6 where on the treadmill, since I am building up to a 5k, I drop down to 3…
