And I NEED TO DO SOMETHING!!!!
So Tomorrow. I HAVE TO WAKE UP TO WORK OUT.
I have to eat breakfast
I need to eat less carbs
I need to eat more veggies.
New Years resolutions right?!
Well here’s my plan for the rest of the month of January.
1. Use my calendar to plan. I am using icloud.com to sync with my phone.
2. Drink 85oz of water a day! (this is going to be hard!)
3. Meal plan every other Friday(I get paid biweekly so planning around paydays)
4. Grocery shop every other Saturday and Meal Prep when I get home.
5. If I don’t meal prep the Saturday do it the Sunday.
6. Work out 3 times a week. I really want to start back my t25 but I don’t have the energy…
7. meet my step goal every day this month (right now its 7000). I have been meeting it since before Christmas. So this one is fine.
Here is my goals for February.
Maintain everything from January and change these:
1. Increase my step goal to 7500 and hit it every day.
2. If I am able to hit 3 days a week of working out increase to 4.
